Leadership Training and Development Reimagined for Today’s Teams and Today’s Challenges
We Believe
Everybody deserves the opportunity to make their highest contribution. Too often, though, our well-intentioned managers lack the skills to create a sustainable, high-performance team. Too much managing and not enough leading.
At The Center for Coaching Leadership, we help managers who care transform into leaders who coach. We believe that adopting, learning, refining, and becoming a coaching leader is the only way we can fully activate today’s multi-generational teams to sustainably tackle today’s challenges.
1
Big Vision
Achieving any big vision requires a great team.
2
Great Team
Great teams are a function of great leaders.
3
Great Leader
Great leaders now are coaching leaders.
Our Singular Mission
Through scholarship, resources, training, coaching, and consulting, The Center for Coaching Leadership will be the best partner for coaching leaders by 2030.
Our Values
Generosity First
We operate from generosity first. We are first to give, first to trust, first to care.
Build Long
We believe in creating and building for the long-term. Long-term relationships. Long-term solutions.
True Collaboration
Only by collaborating at the highest level can we get to the good stuff.
What We Offer
We care deeply about helping managers who care transform into leaders who coach. We believe you can’t make that level of change by only reading the internet and watching YouTube.
Everybody starts by attending The Coaching Leader Workshop. That level of commitment then unlocks the other resources that will help you to continuously improve.
The Coaching Leader Workshop
Our flagship workshop is The Coaching Leader. In this full-day workshop participants learn how to make the leap from manager to coaching leader. Workshops are held in-person around Seattle, Washington. Workshops are also offered virtually.
If you are new here, this is where you start!
Additional Coaching Leader Workshops
While giving you a massive headstart, one workshop won’t be enough to help you transition into a 100% capable and confident coaching leader.
Other workshops for alumni include:
- Advanced Coaching Skills for Leaders
- Harrison Assessment for Leadership Strengths
- Deep Vision for Coaching Leaders
Additional workshop are in continuous development.
These additional workshops are only available for alumni who have completed The Coaching Leader Workshop.
1:1 Professional Coaching
Every leader should have a coach. Far from being a last-ditch effort for the underperforming, coaching is how we create continuous improvement. One-to-one professional coaching is how you cut the learning curve to become a coaching leader.
Professional 1:1 coaching is only available for alumni workshop participants.
